Installation Overview (6 Steps):

1. Preparation — Clean stair surface, ensure substrate is dry, stable, and level

2. Measurement — Measure exact dimensions including width and riser height

3. Cutting — Follow measurement markings for precise cuts (measure twice, cut once)

4. Adhesive Application — Apply adhesive evenly to both substrate and nosing back

5. Installation — Press firmly and apply consistent pressure along entire length

6. Inspection — Ensure flush fit, clean cuts, proper adhesion, and even surface

Special Cases: For corners, miter cut the nosing profiles for seamless joints. For landings, follow the same method. For concrete stairs without overhang, build a wooden frame or plywood layer on the riser to create the required overhang.

Care & Maintenance:

• Daily Dry Cleaning — Sweep or dry mop daily to remove abrasive dirt and debris

• Deep Cleaning — Use a damp mop with mild soap or pH-neutral vinyl cleaner

• Prohibited Cleaning Tools — Avoid steel wool and stiff-bristle brushes to prevent scratches

• Moisture & Heat Control — Avoid excessive water and direct sunlight to prevent warping or discoloration

• Heavy Object Handling — Do not scrape or drag heavy objects along molding edges

• Indoor-Only Usage — This product is strictly for indoor use, not for outdoor staircases

Heat & Light Sensitivity:

• Prolonged direct sunlight can cause warping and vinyl discoloration

• Store in a cool, shaded area — even in original packaging, sunlight may cause deformities

• Does not cover improper installation, misuse, neglect, or harsh environment damage
