For orders under $500, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order size. Sample Shipping Sample shipping is always free. We encourage you to order samples before committing to a full purchase so you can see and feel the product in your own space. Delivery Surcharges While we strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible, certain delivery scenarios may incur additional surcharges. These include: Remote or Rural Areas: Deliveries to locations outside standard carrier service zones may be subject to an additional surcharge determined by the carrier. Residential Delivery with Liftgate: Pallet shipments delivered to residential addresses typically require liftgate service. A liftgate surcharge will be applied and clearly shown at checkout. Alaska & Hawaii Shipments: Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to additional freight charges due to extended transit distances. Pallet Delivery for Large Orders Large flooring orders are shipped on pallets via freight carriers. A pallet delivery fee covers the cost of freight handling and is calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. This fee is always displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. No Hidden Fees All applicable charges, including surcharges, taxes, and delivery fees, are calculated and displayed during checkout.
